Erwin & Ciara
Founded by Erwin and Ciara Peters in the summer of 2023, Top of Ladder Home Services combines Erwin’s love for heights, Ciara’s administrative expertise, and their shared passion for helping others.
“Known for quality and reliability, we offer services to take the risk out of climbing ladders for you,” says Erwin. “Most of our clients either don’t want to be up there or worry about their safety.”
Their journey began with gutter cleaning and expanded as clients sought help with other hard-to-reach tasks. The couple takes pride in relieving homeowners of daunting chores, improving their home’s appearance, and making maintenance easier.
“We treat our clients like family and their homes like our own,” Erwin says. Their commitment to personalized service and quality is what sets them apart.
Erwin’s background:
Spans construction, roofing, and well drilling. Erwin is a jack of all trades, having experience ranging from farm work to home construction, roofing, well drilling and piloting, all of which have laid a strong foundation for the business.
Ciara’s Background:
Homeschooled in Nanoose Bay, Ciara’s entrepreneurial spirit was nurtured from a young age when she sold art and had a dog walking and yard services business.
Together,
The couple’s shared love of adventure led to their meeting at Arbutus Meadows, and after marrying in 2024, they transitioned to full-time business owners.
Top of Ladder Home Services also offers a Priority Service Subscription, ensuring ongoing property care. Ciara adds, “Helping our clients take a load off their minds is incredibly rewarding.”
They cherish their Nanoose Bay community and enjoy spending their free time hiking, walking the beaches, and flying together.
